A journey that reveals the secrets of Chilean winemaking expertise. We visit the internationally-renowned Veramonte vineyard for a a look at the vine cycle, before enjoying a premium selection of

organic wines from Casablanca and Colchagua (4 wines)

The next stop is the small-scale boutique winery Bodegas RE, prized for its innovation and outstanding scores by critics (averaging 94 points, 2014 harvests). We examine the fermentation and aging process in ancient ceramic Tinajas, followed by a tasting session of its famous co-fermented wines (3 wines)

Afterwards, we head to the châteaux at Viñamar vineyard, for a blind-tasting of the classic cool-climate varieties (3 wines). Lunch is then served a la carte in the restaurant (at own expense), with a panoramic view of the valley.
