· Explanation of vine cycle and canopy management at cooperative vineyard Quintay, followed by a premium tasting of cool-climate varieties (3 wines incl.) on the terrace overlooking the vineyards.​​

· Angela, the winemaker and owner of a 3-hectare microwinery receives us at her home and winery for a full guided tour of the fermentation and aging process followed by a tasting of her exclusive range of award-winning wines with nibbles (3 wines included).

· Afterwards, we head to the chateaux at Viñamar winery for a blind tasting (3 wines included), whereby guests are invited to guess the grape varieties. Gourmet lunch is available upstairs with a panoramic view of D.O. Casablanca Valley (cost apart, mains 14 USD)

· In this sublime visit to Chile's most historic wine region, we first look at the vine cycle and canopy management at one of Chile's most prestigious wineries, Viña Santa Ema, followed by a premium tasting of both cool and warm climate varieties.

· Full guided cellar and fermentation tour at a 2 ha. organic family microwinery. Andrés, the owner and winemaker receives us at his home and winery to explain the fermentation and aging process. We then taste their exclusive range of delicious hand-crafted warm-climate wines with biscuits and paté.

· Premium olive oil tasting at Terramater winery, followed by blind tasting (included in tour price) at the Zinfandel restaurant with gourmet lunch (cost apart, mains around 10 USD).

· Visit to Viña Almendral, an artisanal producer of traditional Chilean sweet wines: Chicha, Pipeño and Viño Añejo. We taste these very natural, unfiltered wines only available in Chile, as well as their pisco-based fruit liquors.

· Full fermentation and aging tour at Flaherty microwinery followed by Premium tasting with cheese (included). Afterwards, 3-course lunch is personally served by co-owner Jen Flaherty (cost apart, 35 USD per person).
